Workspace Transfer

Workspace Transfer moves a workspace from one organization to another.

Prerequisites​

  • You are an organization admin in the source organization.
  • You are also an organization admin in the destination organization.
  • The destination organization has enough quota for:
    • 1 additional workspace
    • The workspace's bookmarks (it must have enough remaining bookmark quota)

What moves​

  • Workspace itself (including settings like public page configuration)
  • Bookmarks in that workspace

Important behavior​

  • Transfer is irreversible.
  • Workspace members are removed during transfer; you must re-add members in the destination organization.

Transfer steps​

  1. Open your organization.
  2. Go to Plugins -> Workspace Transfer.
  3. Select the workspace to transfer.
  4. Select the destination organization.
  5. Confirm the irreversible action and run the transfer.
