Insights (Analytics)

Insights provides organization-level analytics to help you understand how your library is used.

Prerequisites

• Organization admin access
• Plan includes the analytics feature

What you get

Insights summarizes activity over roughly the last year, including:

• Workspace usage (bookmarks per workspace, plus remaining quota)
• Top bookmarks by clicks
• Top services (hostnames) by clicks
• Total views over time (bucketed)
• Active links over time (new bookmarks, bucketed)

Notes:

• Some charts are shown in 5 time buckets across the last year.
